An aluminum radiator guard to protect and enhance the front end of Triumph 400 models (2024+)
This radiator guard developed for the Triumph 400 platform from 2024 onwards replaces the original part with a more protective and visually structured version. It protects a key engine cooling component while reinforcing the technical character of the front end.
The radiator is constantly exposed to gravel, insects and road debris that can damage the cooling fins. The guard acts as a mechanical barrier, absorbing light impacts and reducing the risk of deformation or clogging. Its laser-cut pattern is designed to maintain proper airflow for cooling performance, preserving the engine’s thermal balance.
The laser-cut design provides a sharp geometric pattern that visually structures the front of the bike. On both the Speed 400 and the Scrambler 400, this part enhances the roadster or off-road identity depending on the chosen configuration, offering a more refined finish than the OEM grille.
Available in satin black epoxy powder coating or brushed aluminum, it allows the finish to match the overall aesthetic of the motorcycle. The surface treatment ensures strong resistance against weather conditions, road debris and daily use.
