An aluminum chain guard designed to enhance and protect the drivetrain of Triumph 400 models (2024+)
This chain guard for Triumph 400 models from 2024 onwards replaces the original part with a laser-cut and folded aluminum version that is more structured and more durable. It enhances drivetrain protection while improving the perceived quality of the rear section.
The chain and rear sprocket are constantly exposed to road debris and mechanical stress. A rigid guard helps limit direct exposure to gravel and contaminants while maintaining proper drivetrain ventilation. The aluminum construction ensures stable mounting and resistance to vibrations and repeated stress.
The cut-outs and sharp lines visually refine the rear of the motorcycle. On both the Speed 400 and the Scrambler 400, this part reinforces swingarm coherence and adds a more technical visual identity compared to the stock component.
Available in satin black epoxy or brushed aluminum finish, it allows you to tailor the look to your chosen configuration—whether discreet or raw aluminum. The surface treatment is engineered to withstand debris, moisture, and everyday weather exposure.
Installation is a direct replacement of the original guard, requiring no modification to the swingarm. Made in France, this chain guard follows a functional and long-lasting upgrade philosophy for the Triumph 400 platform.
