To display a number and give your bike a real racing spirit, we offer these side racing number plates in aluminium. Used by the FCR Original workshop on its builds, they are universal and fit the vast majority of neo-retro, café racer and scrambler machines. Sold in pairs, ready to paint or already custom-painted, they leave you complete freedom.

Their oval shape and clean lines draw straight from the race plates of old. This iconic detail reinforces the vintage, sporty character of your bike and blends naturally into a classic style as well as a more radical build.

The choice is yours. In the raw, ready-to-paint version, each plate is a blank canvas onto which you apply the colour and number of your choice. In the custom paint version, we take care of it: up to two colours, your number from 0 to 99 and the font of your choice from our selection. For a specific request, simply get in touch.

❯ What are racing number plates for on a motorcycle?

Racing number plates are mainly there to style the bike and display a number, racing-style. Inherited from vintage race number boards, they reinforce the café racer, scrambler, cross or vintage spirit of a machine. These are decorative plates, not registration plates, and are generally not road-legal markings. It is exactly the kind of detail neo-retro builders are after.

❯ How do you personalise a motorcycle number plate?

There are two approaches. You can start from a raw, ready-to-paint plate and apply the background colour and number yourself, with a brush, spray or adhesive vinyl. Or you can order the plate already custom-painted by us. Either way, you stay in control of the final look.

❯ Do you offer a custom paint option for these plates?

Yes. With the custom paint option, you choose up to two colours, a number from 0 to 99 and a font from our selection. We carry out the paintwork before shipping. For a specific request beyond that, contact us and we will look into your project.

❯ Are these number plates compatible with all motorcycles?

Yes, these are universal plates designed to fit the vast majority of motorcycles, especially neo-retro, café racer, scrambler and classic models. Each plate measures 250 x 190 mm, so check the available space on your bike before fitting. If you are unsure about placement, feel free to contact us.

❯ Where do you fit number plates on a motorcycle?

They are most often placed on the rear side covers, at the front near the fork or on any flat surface wide enough. The idea is to recreate the placement of vintage race plates. The choice depends on the look you want and the space available on your model.

❯ Are the plates sold in pairs?

Yes, these racing number plates are sold in pairs. You receive two identical aluminium plates, to equip both sides of your bike or to play on the front and rear depending on your build.

All our orders are prepared in our workshop in France.

Shipping takes place within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation.

What are the delivery times?

France : 2 to 4 working days via Colissimo tracked, Mondial Relay or UPS.

Europe : 3 to 7 business days.

International : 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes, each customer receives a personalized tracking number by email as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

You can track the delivery of your package in real time.

Which carriers do you use?

We collaborate with premium carriers (Colissimo tracked with or without signature, Mondial Relay, UPS or Fedex depending on destination and customer choice) to guarantee speed and security.

Good quality on all the products

Good quality on all the products. I have a Speed Twin 900 (2026), the radiator grill fit right on, the skid plate looks good and fits nicely. Here you should be aware that it is very difficult to mount without removing the catalytic converter. The chain guard I received does not fit my bike, even though it said on the website that it would. Here FCR has promised to send one that fits.

Superbe niveau style, bien racé avec une finition exemplaire. Néanmoins niveau son et performance pour l'instant je suis un peu mitigé. Je m'attendais à mieux. Peut-être qu'avec le temps, l'échappement travaillera différemment et donnera à la moto son vrai potentiel (T120 Black avec filtre à air K&N)

Triumph Trident 660 Café Racer Kit

I can only recommend this company. The kit for my Trident is spot on, both in terms of quality and design. It’s the perfect setup if you want to turn your bike into a really personal café racer. Sure, making all the parts took a bit of time, but with the quality you get in the end, that’s absolutely fine.

The service was just as good. All my questions were answered, and when one part turned out to be defective, a replacement was sent straight away without any hassle.

If you like working on bikes and are looking for a solid base for your project, this is definitely the place to go. I can absolutely recommend these guys.
