Shipping and Returns

Shipping your order

Please note that the delivery time depends on the availability of the products. The latter is mentioned on the sheet of each product.
If ordering multiple items, the shipping time will take into account the product requiring the most manufacturing time.
Shipments are made every Tuesday and Thursday (except holidays).

We offer several delivery methods to meet your needs:

• Standard Delivery : Delivery (excluding manufacturing time) 5 to 7 days.
• Express Delivery : Delivery (excluding manufacturing time) 48 hours.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into one order, as we cannot merge two orders placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each of them.

Your package is shipped under the responsibility of the carrier, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The boxes are adapted to the items and guarantee optimal protection of your products.

In the event of a dispute related to breakage, loss, theft or any other incident during transport, FCR Accessories declines all responsibility. The carrier's liability is incurred as soon as the package is taken over, and it is up to the Customer to assert their rights directly with the carrier in the event of damage or loss. We recommend that the Customer check the condition of their package upon receipt and immediately report any anomalies to the carrier, as well as to FCR Accessories within 3 working days of receipt.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your package by yourself or a third party to inform us of your wish to return your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement of your intention to return by email to the following address : contact@fcroriginal.com .

Following your request for withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the products. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

You are only liable for any depreciation of the product due to handling other than that necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items in our workshop.
