Shipping and Returns

Shipping your order

Please note that delivery times depend on product availability, which is indicated on each product page.

If you order multiple items, the shipping time will be based on the item with the longest production time.

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays (excluding public holidays).

Available shipping options:

Standard shipping: 5 to 7 business days (excluding production time)
Express shipping (temporarily unavailable): 48h (excluding production time)

Shipping fees include preparation, packaging, and postage.
Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the parcel’s size and weight.

We recommend grouping your items into one order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each.

Although we take great care in packaging, shipments are handled at the carrier’s risk.
FCR Accessoires cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, damage, or any other transport-related incident.

In the event of a problem, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
We recommend checking your parcel upon delivery and notifying both the carrier and FCR Accessoires of any issue within 3 business days.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return one or more products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement by email to:

After your return request is validated, you have an additional 14 days to return the product(s).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You are liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned items in our workshop.
