Reinforced headlight protection in mixed conditions

Tubular stainless steel structure that covers the exposed area of the original headlight without reducing the light beam. Designed for road and trail use, it protects against gravel, low branches and daily impacts.

Robustness and durability

Stainless steel treated to resist corrosion, winter salt, humidity and mud projections. Black epoxy or brushed stainless finish, depending on your build and your relationship to off-road use.

Assertive scrambler style

Beyond its function, the grill adds a technical reading to the front end in coherence with the scrambler DNA of the 400 X and 400 XC. Plug and play on existing mounting points, fitting in a few minutes.

❯ Is this headlight grill compatible with my Triumph Scrambler 400 X 2024?

Yes. This grill is specifically designed for Triumph Scrambler 400 X and Scrambler 400 XC from 2024. It fits directly onto the existing mounting points of the original headlight, without modification or drilling. It is not compatible with other models in the Triumph 400 range (Speed 400, Speed T4, Thruxton 400, Tracker 400) which do not share the same headlight configuration.

❯ What is the difference between the black epoxy and brushed stainless finishes?

The brushed stainless finish highlights the natural material and brings a clear metallic contrast with the headlight and engine block. It is a coherent choice on a Scrambler 400 with a lighter overall look or for those who want to enhance the technical reading of the part. The black epoxy finish integrates more discreetly with darker builds and offers better resistance to micro-scratches related to off-road use. The choice depends on your style and your intensity of off-road riding.

❯ Does the grill interfere with the headlight beam?

No. The open tubular structure has been designed to preserve the entire light beam of the original headlight. The circular shape with horizontal bars offers a wide open surface that does not diffuse or alter the lighting range. No risk of failing a technical inspection.

❯ How is the headlight grill fitted?

Fitting is plug and play on the existing mounting points of the original headlight. No frame drilling or optic disassembly is necessary. Standard tooling is sufficient. The operation takes a few minutes for a rider with basic mechanical experience.

❯ Does the grill really protect the headlight in case of a fall?

The grill provides significant protection against projections, low branches, insects and small daily impacts. In case of a fall, it can absorb part of the direct impact on the headlight and reduce the risk of lens breakage, without however guaranteeing total protection. Its main role remains protection against repeated aggressions in mixed road and trail use.

❯ Is the grill reversible if I want to sell the motorcycle with its original parts?

Yes. Installation is fully reversible. Simply remove the grill using standard tooling to extract the hardware. No alteration to the motorcycle is made during fitting. The grill can be kept as a personalisation part to transfer to another motorcycle or to be sold separately.

All our orders are prepared in our workshop in France.

Shipping takes place within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation.

What are the delivery times?

France : 2 to 4 working days via Colissimo tracked, Mondial Relay or UPS.

Europe : 3 to 7 business days.

International : 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes, each customer receives a personalized tracking number by email as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

You can track the delivery of your package in real time.

Which carriers do you use?

We collaborate with premium carriers (Colissimo tracked with or without signature, Mondial Relay, UPS or Fedex depending on destination and customer choice) to guarantee speed and security.
