In our FCR workshop , each accessory takes shape through a rigorous process that combines craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology. Each piece undergoes precision manufacturing steps: laser cutting, manual adjustment, TIG/MIG welding on noble metals and meticulous dimensional control. This requirement guarantees the reliability and robustness essential for accessories designed to last.
Assembly is carried out on specially designed jigs in our design office. This ensures perfect alignment and immediate compatibility with FCR Original motorcycles as well as with many customer models. When necessary, we integrate the on-board electrics : wiring harnesses, adapted connectors and tested batteries, in order to offer a product ready for installation and without surprises.
Before each shipment, all accessories are checked, assembled and tested in our workshops. We simulate real-life usage conditions to ensure durability , ease of assembly and optimal safety on the road. In our paint shop, each accessory undergoes careful preparation: sanding, application of suitable undercoats and surface treatments which guarantee perfect adhesion and lasting resistance over time.
