A short dual-exit exhaust muffler to enhance the character of Triumph 400 models (2024+) with Euro 5+ compliance
This muffler, developed for the Triumph 400 platform from 2024 onwards, replaces the original unit to reinforce both the visual and sound signature of the motorcycle while maintaining full compatibility with the OEM configuration. It fits the Speed 400, Scrambler 400 X and XC, Speed T4, Thruxton 400 and Tracker 400 without modification to the existing architecture.
The short dual-exit design provides a more compact rear presence and visually lightens the exhaust line. The machined end caps enhance the technical appearance and further structure the rear section, whether in a roadster setup or a more scrambler-oriented configuration.
The internal construction combines a perforated tube, flow restrictors, acoustic insulation and baffles to achieve a deeper and more present tone than stock, while complying with Euro 5+ regulations. The objective is to improve the exhaust character without compromising road use or regulatory compliance in homologated configuration.
The removable baffles allow the sound level to be adjusted depending on use. In standard configuration, no ECU remapping is required, as the motorcycle retains proper operation with the original engine mapping.
Installation is carried out as a direct replacement of the OEM muffler, reusing the original mounting hardware and fixing points. The fitment is clean, precise and fully reversible, with no frame modification or permanent alteration required.
