Wheels & Waves is an annual festival held in Biarritz since 2012. It brings together enthusiasts of custom motorcycles, café racers, scramblers, surf and vintage lifestyle culture. Having become an unmissable event of the European motorcycle scene in just a few years, the festival welcomes the greatest international brands and builders, with which FCR Original has already partnered. The Brett x Wheels & Waves collaboration gives birth to this limited edition Spitfire Sun, bearing the values common to both universes: mechanical passion, vintage aesthetics, assertive elegance.

No identical future production is guaranteed once stocks are exhausted. This makes it a collector's piece for enthusiasts of the brand, the festival, and more broadly of vintage motorcycle culture. The cap refers to the horizontal part overhanging the lenses, acting as a sun shield (like a visor). On the Spitfire Sun, this cap is perforated with small holes, directly inspired by engine crankcase vents, technical plates of vintage builds, and competition levers. This is a strong visual signature that anchors the eyewear in motorsport DNA and immediately distinguishes the Spitfire from other Brett models, more classic in their design.

The Matt Gold / Matt Black colour (reference C01) is currently available on pre-order only. This means that physical stock is temporarily exhausted at Brett Eyewear, but a new production is planned. The Spitfire Sun comes in medium format (lens size 52 mm). This format suits narrow to medium faces (width between temples between 130 and 140 mm). It offers a balance between visual presence and discretion. The wide bridge (20 mm) also makes it a comfortable model for people with a strong nose or marked spacing between the eyes.
