The Triumph Street range at a glance
Launched in 2016 with the Street Twin, the Street range is the entry point to the Bonneville world: an accessible, light and simple neo-retro motorcycle, powered by the same 900 cc twin as the Bonneville T100. The Street Cup and Street Scrambler joined the range in 2017, with the same mechanical base but a very different personality.
In 2022 Triumph changed the names: the Street Twin became the Speed Twin 900, and the Street Scrambler the Scrambler 900. The base stays the same, which makes it one of the platforms with the widest choice of accessories in the Modern Classic family. Find them all in our Triumph Street accessories collection.

Street Twin, Street Cup, Street Scrambler: the differences
The three models share the engine, the chassis and many components. What sets them apart is the way they are shaped: ergonomics, suspension, wheels and bodywork, for three distinct characters.
| Model | Character | Ideal build |
|---|---|---|
| Street Twin | Urban roadster | Light cafe racer, urban bobber, custom scrambler |
| Street Cup | Cafe racer | Full cafe racer, retro sport custom |
| Street Scrambler | Accessible scrambler | Custom scrambler, tracker, urban adventure |
Triumph Street Twin: the versatile neo-retro roadster
The original model of the range, the Street Twin was designed as the modern, accessible everyday Bonneville. Upright, natural riding position, low seat, compact and light silhouette, cast or spoked wheels depending on trim: it is the most versatile base for a light cafe racer, an urban bobber, a custom scrambler or a brat style build. See the Triumph Street Twin accessories.
Triumph Street Cup: the entry-level cafe racer
The Street Cup takes the Street Twin mechanicals and dresses them as a factory cafe racer, below the Thruxton in the range. Low handlebar with bar-end mirrors, two-up seat with hump and removable cowl, Thruxton R-inspired twin clocks, sporty footpegs, forged headlight brackets and shorter silencers: it recalls the 1960s clubman spirit. See the Triumph Street Cup accessories.
Triumph Street Scrambler: the accessible scrambler
The Street Scrambler brings the go-anywhere style to the Street Twin base. High side-mounted exhaust, 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked wheels, raised suspension for more ground clearance, raised aluminium handlebar, standard sump guard, interchangeable seat and aluminium rack: it is the toughest and tallest of the three. See the Triumph Street Scrambler accessories.
Triumph Street accessories by use
Here are the 46 FCR Accessoires parts compatible with the Street range, grouped by what they bring to the bike. Model-specific exceptions are listed in the compatibility table.
Exhaust
The FCR Original exhaust system replaces the stock system with a carefully shaped stainless line, in brushed or black finish, for a deeper sound. It fits the Street Twin and Street Cup, and the Street Scrambler with conditions. To choose well, read our Triumph Bonneville exhaust guide.

Triumph Street range FAQ
What is the difference between the Street Twin, Street Cup and Street Scrambler?
All three share the same 900 cc twin, the same chassis and many components. The Street Twin is the versatile neo-retro roadster, the Street Cup its factory cafe racer version (low handlebar, seat cowl, twin clocks), and the Street Scrambler its go-anywhere version, with 19/17-inch spoked wheels, raised suspension and a high-level exhaust.
Are the Street Twin and the Speed Twin 900 the same bike?
Yes. In 2022 Triumph renamed the Street Twin the Speed Twin 900, and the Street Scrambler the Scrambler 900. Several parts in this guide, such as the exhaust system and the belt drive kit, also list these new names on their product page: check the compatibility stated for each part.
What does "with conditions" mean in the compatibility table?
The part can be fitted to that model, but not in every configuration: depending on the model year or original equipment, an adaptation or an extra part may be needed. Contact our team with your model and model year before ordering.
Is the Triumph Street Twin A2 licence compatible?
Yes, the Street Twin is one of the Triumphs available for A2 licence holders in its restricted version. That is one reason it is so popular as a first big neo-retro bike.
Which Triumph Street is best for a cafe racer build?
The Street Twin is the most neutral and versatile base, ideal for a light cafe racer. The Street Cup is already a factory cafe racer: it needs less cosmetic work for a finished look.
Can the FCR Original exhaust be fitted to a Street Scrambler?
It fits the Street Scrambler with conditions, since its stock exhaust is high and side-mounted. On the Street Twin and Street Cup it fits without modification. Our team can confirm feasibility for your bike.
Do I need a workshop to fit Triumph Street accessories?
Cosmetic parts (fuel cap, grilles, side covers, mirrors, chain guard) can be fitted with standard tools. Brakes, suspension, triple tree and belt drive should be fitted by a professional, such as the FCR Original workshop in Chauvigny, France.
Can a Triumph Street be converted to belt drive?
Yes. The Triumph 900 belt drive kit fits the Street Twin and Street Scrambler, and the Street Cup with conditions. It replaces the chain with a cleaner, quieter final drive.
