Triumph Modern Classics Exhaust System: deep tone, clean design and full 2016-2025+ compatibility

The FCR Original exhaust system for Triumph Modern Classics (Street Twin, Street Cup, Speed Twin 900, Bonneville T100 and Bonneville T120) transforms both the look and the sound of your motorcycle. Inspired by the Street Bobber style, it offers a raw, minimal and distinctive identity while preserving the timeless elegance of the Triumph range.

Built from 304 stainless steel and available in black epoxy or brushed aluminum, this short exhaust integrates perfectly with the classic Modern Classics design. It sharpens the silhouette, frees up the rear wheel and enhances the retro-custom character of the bike.

Equipped with removable baffles, it delivers a deep, powerful and expressive sound, far more characterful than the OEM exhaust, with the option to adjust the volume according to your riding style.

Designed for full 2016-2025+ compatibility, the FCR Original system features:

• 2 lambda sensor ports for 2016 to 2024 models
• 1 additional port for the third sensor used on 2025+ versions

For recent models, simply remove the dedicated plug and connect the sensor directly. No remapping, no engine warning, no additional settings are required. A 100% plug and play installation.

This exhaust system is specially developed for the Triumph Street Twin, Street Cup, Speed Twin 900, Bonneville T100 and Bonneville T120. Its compact and elegant design instantly transforms the silhouette of the motorcycle, reinforcing the neo-retro style and the Street Bobber spirit, with perfect integration on all models in the Modern Classics range.

The FCR Original exhaust system offers a deeper, more powerful, and more vibrant sound than the original system. Thanks to the removable baffles, you can easily adjust the sound level to suit your needs: a more subdued tone for city driving or a raw, expressive sound for sporty outings.

Full compatibility 2016–2025+ with pre-installed 2 + 3 lambda sensors

All our exhaust systems are pre-equipped for Triumph Modern Classics with 2 oxygen sensors (2016–2024) and for 2025+ models with 3 oxygen sensors. Simply remove the plug to install the 3rd sensor. This exclusive system prevents any engine warning lights, guarantees perfect compatibility with the original engine maps, and makes our exhaust system one of the most reliable on the market.

Frequently asked questions about THE Exhaust System | Triumph Modern Classics

❯ Is this exhaust system compatible with all Triumph Modern Classics models?

Yes. It is compatible with the Triumph Street Twin, Street Cup, Speed Twin 900, Bonneville T100 and Bonneville T120 from 2016 onward. It fits Euro 4, Euro 5 and the upcoming 2025 and later models.

❯ How does the system with two O2 sensors and the third sensor work?

The FCR Original exhaust is pre-equipped for all generations: 2016 to 2024 with two sensors, and 2025 and later with three sensors. The two original sensor ports are present, and the third port is sealed with a plug. On 2025 and later models, you simply remove the plug and install the third sensor. No engine warning light appears and no electronic adjustment is required.

❯ What kind of sound does this exhaust produce?

It delivers a deeper, fuller and rougher tone than the stock exhaust. The sound is powerful but controlled, typical of FCR Original Triumph Modern Classics builds. With the baffles removed, the volume becomes more intense and more expressive.

❯ What is the purpose of the removable baffles?

They allow you to adjust the sound level of the motorcycle. With baffles installed: fuller and more comfortable sound, ideal for city riding and long-distance use. With baffles removed: louder, more aggressive and more sporty sound. You can personalise the sound according to your style and your needs.

❯ Does the motorcycle need to be modified to install this exhaust?

No. Installation is identical to the original. No drilling, no frame modification, no wiring or electronic adjustments. The system is one hundred percent plug and play, including for models equipped with a third O2 sensor.

❯ Does this exhaust require remapping or a specific tune?

No. Thanks to the pre-equipment for two plus three sensors, the exhaust is compatible with all stock Triumph Modern Classics mappings. No remapping is required. The motorcycle runs perfectly without any additional setup.

All our orders are prepared in our workshop in France.

Shipping takes place within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation.

What are the delivery times?

France : 2 to 4 working days via Colissimo tracked, Mondial Relay or UPS.

Europe : 3 to 7 business days.

International : 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes, each customer receives a personalized tracking number by email as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

You can track the delivery of your package in real time.

Which carriers do you use?

We collaborate with premium carriers (Colissimo tracked with or without signature, Mondial Relay, UPS or Fedex depending on destination and customer choice) to guarantee speed and security.
