Triumph Thruxton and Speed Twin 1200 exhaust system: deep sound, muscular style and full compatibility 2016 to 2025+

Designed for the Triumph Thruxton 1200, Thruxton R, Thruxton RS and the Triumph Speed Twin 1200, the FCR Original exhaust system instantly transforms the bike with a more aggressive style, a more expressive sound and a noticeably stronger visual presence.

Inspired by Street Bobber and Cafe Racer styling, this short exhaust adopts a modern, clean and muscular design that perfectly matches the retro sport identity of the Triumph Modern Classics 1200. Its compact shape sharpens the rear profile, frees up the view of the wheel and reinforces the sporty character of the motorcycle.

Made from premium stainless steel and available in black epoxy or brushed aluminum, it features an internal architecture developed to produce a deep, raspy and powerful sound, characteristic of the 1200 High Torque twin. The removable baffles allow you to adjust the sound level according to your riding style.

This exhaust is also engineered to be 100 percent compatible with every Triumph generation from 2016 to 2025+ thanks to its pre equipped lambda ports:

• Two lambda sensor ports for 2016 to 2024 models
• One additional port for the third sensor on 2025+ versions

For recent models, simply install the sensor in the dedicated position. For earlier versions, a stainless steel plug is included. No engine warning light, no remapping, no additional adjustments needed: full plug and play compatibility.

Thanks to its stainless steel internal architecture, the exhaust produces a powerful and rich sound perfectly matched to the 1200 High Torque twin. Deep at low revs, full and smooth under acceleration, it enhances the riding sensation while remaining comfortable for daily use. The removable baffles allow you to select a sportier tone or a wilder roar depending on your style.

Exhaust fully compatible with 2 and 3 lambda sensors

Unlike many other systems on the market, ours is pre equipped for every version of the 1200 engine. A dedicated port for the third lambda sensor is already integrated. • 2016 to 2024 models: keep your 2 sensors plus the supplied plug • 2025+ models: simply install the third sensor • A stainless steel plug is included if your bike does not use all ports This design ensures full compatibility with all future Triumph evolutions.

❯ Is this exhaust system compatible with all Triumph Thruxton and Speed Twin 1200 models?

Yes. This exhaust is compatible with all Triumph Thruxton 1200, Thruxton R, Thruxton RS and Speed Twin 1200 models (2016 to 2025+). Thanks to its dedicated port for the third lambda sensor, it fits both 2016 to 2024 models with two sensors and 2025 and later models with three sensors.

❯ Do I need to modify the motorcycle to install the exhaust?

No. Installation is completely plug and play. The exhaust uses the original mounting points and requires no cutting or adaptation. For 2016 to 2024 models, the third sensor port is simply closed with the supplied stainless steel plug.

❯ What kind of sound does this exhaust produce?

The exhaust delivers a deep, rough and powerful tone, characteristic of the Triumph 1200 twin engine. It reinforces the mechanical character of the bike without becoming overwhelming. With removable baffles, you can adjust the sound volume to your preference.

❯ Are the baffles really removable and does it make a big difference?

Yes. The baffles can be removed in a few minutes. With baffles installed: deeper, more controlled and pleasant sound for daily use. Without baffles: much louder, more expressive and more aggressive, ideal for riders who like a strong character.

❯ Does the exhaust improve performance?

Yes. The FCR exhaust improves throttle response, breathing and engine feel thanks to its optimised internal design. The engine gains torque at low rpm and liveliness at higher rpm while keeping the stock mapping.

❯ Is the exhaust compatible with Triumph accessories such as the center stand, luggage or protection parts?

Yes. The exhaust maintains ground clearance, uses the original mounting points and preserves the overall geometry. It remains compatible with most Triumph OEM and aftermarket accessories including luggage, center stand and protection parts. If needed, we can confirm compatibility for your specific setup.

Shipping is carried out within 24 to 48 working hours after validation of the order.

What are the delivery times?

France : 2 to 4 working days via tracked Colissimo, Mondial Relay or UPS.

Europe : 3 to 7 working days.

International : 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination.

Do you offer order tracking?
