To give a Triumph Trident 660 a modern classic look, you work on three visible areas: the front, the rear and the wheels. Yes, as long as you choose wheels designed for the model. They must match the original diameter and width, the brake disc mounting, the wheel axle and the sprocket fitting. To keep the stock tubeless tyres, you also need sealed spoked rims such as Kineo's, because a conventional spoked wheel requires an inner tube. Switching to spokes then transforms the look of the bike without changing its chassis.

They are designed for the Triumph Trident 660 from 2021 onwards, at the original 3.50x17 front and 5.50x17 rear sizes. The necessary wheel bearings and spacers are included. Fitting is done on the original base, transferring your brake discs and sprocket. If in doubt about your version or model year, check compatibility with us before ordering.

Fitting should be entrusted to a qualified workshop. The original wheels come off first, and the brake discs, rear sprocket and bolts are recovered. The supplied bearings then go into the new wheels, and the discs and sprocket are refitted with red Loctite at the recommended torques. The wheels can then be installed on the bike. As this is a safety part, the job requires proper tools, method and professional checks.

The full black finish is available from stock and ships quickly. The stainless spoke finish is made to order, with a production lead time of around 3 to 4 months, due to the made-to-measure manufacturing of the wheels. The stainless spoke finish pairs a black rim and hub with stainless spokes and aluminium nipples, for a classic modern-retro contrast. The full black finish turns every element black, spokes and nipples included, for a darker, more modern look, and is offered as an option. Other colour combinations are available on request.
