K&N air filter for Triumph Trident 660: performance, sound and longevity

The K&N air filter for the Triumph Trident 660 (from 2021 onwards) offers a direct improvement in engine response and intake sound. Designed to replace the original filter without any modifications, it ensures increased airflow and better filtration.

Made in the USA, this K&N air filter uses multiple layers of oiled woven cotton to ensure optimal filtration while increasing airflow. The result: a more responsive engine, smoother acceleration, and improved torque .

Reusable and washable, it's easy to clean with the K&N maintenance kit available in our shop. Pre-oiled and ready to install, it requires no adjustments to the airbox or fuel injection system.

❯ What are the advantages of a K&N air filter on my Triumph Trident 660?

The K&N filter increases airflow to the engine, improving combustion and throttle response. It provides sharper acceleration, smoother low-rpm behaviour and a sportier intake sound, without requiring any remapping.

❯ Do I need to modify anything to install it?

No. No modification is required. The K&N filter installs in place of the original one, with no adjustment or setup. It comes pre-oiled and ready to use, and can be installed in a few minutes.

❯ Does installing the K&N filter affect the manufacturer’s warranty?

No. Installing this filter does not affect the warranty. It meets the original tolerances and does not alter the engine mapping. It is also covered by the K&N “No-Hassle Lifetime Limited Warranty”.

❯ Do I need to remap the motorcycle after installation?

No. Remapping is not required. The K&N filter works perfectly with the stock fuel injection. However, it can be combined with an FCR Original exhaust system and an adapted mapping for complete performance optimisation.

❯ How do I maintain the K&N air filter?

The filter is washable and reusable. Every 30,000 to 50,000 kilometres depending on riding conditions, simply clean it with the K&N cleaning kit, re-oil it and reinstall it. This simple maintenance gives it a virtually unlimited lifespan.

❯ Does this filter change the engine sound?

Yes, slightly. It allows more air in, creating a deeper and more mechanical intake sound, especially during acceleration, while remaining discreet at steady speeds.

All our orders are prepared in our workshop in France.

Shipping is carried out within 24 to 48 working hours after validation of the order.

What are the delivery times?

France : 2 to 4 working days via tracked Colissimo, Mondial Relay or UPS.

Europe : 3 to 7 working days.

International : 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes, each customer receives a personalized tracking number by email upon shipment.

You can track the progress of your package in real time.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with premium carriers (Colissimo tracking with or without signature, Mondial Relay, UPS or Fedex depending on destination and customer choice) to guarantee speed and security.

Do you ship internationally?
