This Hyperpro progressive fork spring kit is designed to optimise the front-end behaviour of BMW R nineT Scrambler and Urban G/S models from 2016 to 2020, while retaining the original fork and its architecture. The objective is to improve the motorcycle’s dynamic consistency without structural modification.

The front suspension plays a decisive role in overall balance. It determines ride height, braking stability and the quality of tyre contact with the road surface. On these versions, the original spring rate can generate noticeable sag under heavy braking and significant attitude variation when load or pace changes.

The progressive asymmetric pitch design developed by Hyperpro provides an evolving response. The first part of the stroke remains softer to better filter small irregularities and improve front-end sensitivity. As compression increases, stiffness rises progressively to control dive, limit excessive weight transfer and stabilise the motorcycle during dynamic riding.

In practical terms, the front end gains stability and clarity. Corner entry becomes more precise, directional stability more homogeneous and ride height recovery under acceleration more controlled. Braking benefits from improved hydraulic and mechanical support, contributing to reduced stopping distances compared to a traditional linear spring.

The supplied oil ensures coherence between spring characteristics and fork hydraulic behaviour. The complete assembly installs directly in place of the original components, following a philosophy of durable road behaviour improvement, in keeping with the spirit of the Scrambler and Urban G/S platforms.

Shipping is carried out within 24 to 48 working hours after validation of the order.
