Our story begins on the workbenches of FCR Original

FCR Original is the French workshop for creating custom motorcycles, renowned for its elegant lines, its craftsmanship and its technical requirements.

For over ten years, we have been designing unique preparations, designed for two-wheel enthusiasts looking for performance, style and authenticity.

It is with this same logic of quality and precision that FCR Accessories was born, our platform dedicated to motorcycle accessories designed, tested and manufactured in our workshops.

Every part we offer is the result of our expertise accumulated on the most demanding motorcycles. FCR Accessories is the natural extension of FCR Original, with a clear mission: to put our know-how within reach of all demanding motorcyclists.

At the heart of FCR Accessories' innovation, our design office is the starting point for each creation. Using the latest technologies: 3D scanning, 2D/3D modeling, and technical drawing, our teams imagine, design, and perfect accessories designed to seamlessly integrate with FCR Original motorcycles.

Each piece begins with a sketch and comes to life in a cutting-edge digital environment, ensuring absolute precision even before manufacturing. This is where the creativity of our designers and the rigor of our engineers are expressed: elegant shapes, studied ergonomics, and proven reliability, all in the service of the passion for motorcycling.

The Workshop: Manufacturing & Assembly

In our FCR workshop , each accessory takes shape through a rigorous process that combines craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology. Each piece undergoes precision manufacturing steps: laser cutting, manual adjustment, TIG/MIG welding on noble metals and meticulous dimensional control. This requirement guarantees the reliability and robustness essential for accessories designed to last.

Assembly is carried out on specially designed jigs in our design office. This ensures perfect alignment and immediate compatibility with FCR Original motorcycles as well as with many customer models. When necessary, we integrate the on-board electrics : wiring harnesses, adapted connectors and tested batteries, in order to offer a product ready for installation and without surprises.

Before each shipment, all accessories are checked, assembled and tested in our workshops. We simulate real-life usage conditions to ensure durability , ease of assembly and optimal safety on the road. This final step embodies the promise of FCR Accessories: to offer parts that are technical, aesthetic and reliable, designed to support enthusiasts over the long term.

In our paint shop, each accessory undergoes careful preparation: sanding, application of suitable undercoats and surface treatments which guarantee perfect adhesion and lasting resistance over time.

Our painters then apply high-end finishes , ranging from timeless classic shades to exclusive custom colors. We also master special effects, such as satin or glossy varnishes, gradients, and metallic shades.

Beyond traditional painting, we also use exceptional techniques such as gold leaf and hand-patterning, which give each piece a unique signature . These finishes embody FCR's artisanal spirit and aesthetic excellence.

Each creation is then checked and protected with a specific varnish, to withstand road conditions and years of use. Our goal is to offer accessories that are not only functional, but also true visual works designed for demanding enthusiasts.
