Our FCR Accessories method
The process begins in our workshops: ergonomics study, definition of curves, compatibility with our rear loops and our kits, then creation of the templates and validation of the FCR Original artistic direction. Once these requirements have been established, the artisanal manufacturing is carried out by our French partner NPS Sellerie , a trusted neighbor.
This synergy combines product creation, saddlery know-how and rigorous quality control to deliver motorcycle saddles personalized , high-end , ready to mount on your Triumph , BMW R NineT and BMW R18 .

Step 1 · the foam base
It all starts with a clean base and the selection of foams adapted to the use: support density for the hold, comfort for the seat. We gradually sculpt to find a fluid curve that aligns naturally with the tank and the rear line of the motorcycle.
The surface is then smoothed with pneumatic sanding. We add a fine finishing foam to obtain an even skin. This step is essential for a perfectly taut and durable hairstyle.
Step 2 · templates and pattern
We trace the seam lines directly onto the foam, then place a thin, transparent fabric to create a template that is faithful to the volumes. Each piece is numbered, its seam allowances are integrated and the pattern is transferred to the final material: full grain leather, premium imitation leather or alcantara.
Step 3 · Sewing and topstitching
The headdress comes to life in the NPS Saddlery workshop. The panels are assembled with extreme attention to the alignment of the patterns. The stitching punctuates the material, reveals the volumes and gives the saddle its visual signature. This is where the personality of your custom motorcycle seat is expressed: elegant grooves, precise diamonds, subtle edging.
Step 4 · Covering and finishing
Covering consists of stretching the cover over the foam and then gluing it neatly to the neoprene on the underside of the base. The returns are adjusted millimeter by millimeter for perfect tension. A finishing felt is then glued under the saddle to protect the frame paint and provide a bottom as clean as the top.
