In our FCR Original workshop, we designed this exhaust system to give that big twin the voice it deserves, deep and honest, without ever tipping into excess.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n    \u003cp\u003eWe drew it, prototyped it and validated it on our own R18 builds. Each header was tested in real conditions, from the first start-up through the warm-up cycles, until we reached the sound character we were after: a strong presence under acceleration, a raw tone that answers the timeless character of the machine, and controlled behaviour once the road opens up.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n    \u003cp\u003eThis exhaust system consists of the two headers and their dedicated mounting brackets. It is a kit that replaces the original headers of your R18: the sound and the style change radically, with no additional silencer to fit. Everything has been designed for a clean installation, in the original mounting points of the frame.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n    \u003cp\u003eThe choice of stainless steel is no accident. It is a material that withstands repeated heat cycles, resists corrosion and keeps its look season after season. We chose it because an exhaust system lives beneath the motorcycle, exposed to everything, and it must last as long as the motorcycle itself.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n    \u003cp\u003eTo respect both your surroundings and regulations, the system is supplied with removable baffles. You stay in control of the result: a more contained sound for the city and daily rides, or all the depth of the boxer when the road opens up. The measured sound level is 96 dB, a balance we deliberately sought between presence and easy everyday use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n    \u003cp\u003eAvailable in a Black or Chrome finish, this system suits a dark, radical R18 just as well as a brighter, more classic build.
